INTRODUCTION:
We provide exclusive, qualified sales lead opportunities for commercial cleaning services across various industries including office buildings, industrial facilities, retail spaces, healthcare, and education.
CommercialCleaningServices.pro is a platform operated by Clickwell™ Media LLC, a Florida-based Limited Liability Company based in Stuart FL with operations nationwide. CommercialCleaningServices.pro will draw in sales opportunities looking to purchase commercial cleaning services and connecting them to you in real-time. We utilize certain platforms to extend our reach and yours. Our mission is to create a mutually beneficial win-win scenario for all parties involved. When you win, we win.
OUR ROLE:
CommercialCleaningServices.pro aims to achieve top rankings on search engine platforms in categories related to your industry using the most relevant and popular search terms. We incorporate strategic keywords to attract potential customers, establishing a powerful connection to your company's services, enhancing your business and brand. Subsequently, we connect with potential customers who express genuine interest and intent by phone calls or by submitting a request-a-quote form. These inquiries are promptly directed to the your specified business phone number or email address.
LEAD DEFINITION:
A qualified lead is identified as one that aligns with the tailored criteria outlined on your request-a-quote form, encompassing, among others: 1) contact name 2) company address, city, and zip code 3) phone number 4) email address 5) company name 6) company website 7) Type of facility 8) estimated building square footage 9) scope of services 10) Frequency (one-time vs. recurring) 11) How soon do plan to start service? 12) Do you currently have a service provider? ( Yes/No) 13) providers name 14) additional information
Obviously, as with any lead generating platform, we are unable to assure the reliability of the details presented by the potential customer, their financial capacity, or their intent to engage your services. We have no involvement or responsibility in your contracts with customers, their creditworthiness, or any disputes that may arise between you and them.
PERMISSIONS:
You authorize Clickwell™ Media LLC to feature your logo, trademarks, and copyrighted content, in addition to product images, on its various platforms for the promotion of commercial cleaning services and lead generation. This includes potential utilization in our advertising efforts, such as Google Search Ads, social media campaigns, and organic site listings, aimed at boosting traffic and generating interest. You also authorize the creation of a dedicated landing page with its own distinctive domain to enhance lead generation. You provide Clickwell™ Media LLC the approval to extract this content from your company website(s) without any liability, violation or infringement of copyright. You are accountable for ensuring the content on our platforms is used freely.
YOUR ROLE:
When you receive qualified leads, you commit to responding promptly and professionally to the request for a quote within 12 hrs to all inquiries that came through phone calls or form submissions. If you decide not to pursue the lead for any reason, please inform us immediately. This will allow us to redirect the lead to another partner standing by. Failure to do so will result in the lead being included in your monthly total.
PLATFORM & LEAD FEES:
Your monthly marketing subscription fee is $300 for each platform where you are featured. This fee covers all the services necessary to operate the best online lead generating platforms, i.e. call tracking, hosting, page management, monthly SEO, and page updates for your business landing pages in their exclusive designated cities.

PAYMENT:
At the conclusion of each month's activities, Clickwell™ Media LLC will assess the qualified leads and provide a summary for the month in a Square or Electronic Online Invoice. As the partner, you commit to settling the total amount stated in the invoice from Clickwell™ Media LLC within 5 days of receipt, unless alternative arrangements have been mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.
IMPORTANCE OF TIMELY PAYMENTS:
In order to harvest the best qualified leads on Google Search, funds need to be promptly and continuously reinvested on a monthly basis into the lead generation platforms through marketing, advertising, and performance optimization. Hence, payments for invoices must be settled within 5 days upon receipt. Failure to do so will result in overdue status and a 15% late fee will be applied after the grace period.
PARTNER TERMS:
As considerable time, financial resources, and manpower are dedicated to customizing and on-boarding your company onto our platforms, along with securing exclusive placement in the cities you cater to, a 90-day contract is initiated. Hence, a 30-day advanced notice is required prior to commencing the next subsequent 90-day term. Should you decide to end your agreement before the expiration of your term, you are still obliged to fulfill your term and pay the subscription fees in a timely manner. Both leads and subscription fees will be applicable until the expiration of the term. This allows us the necessary required time to onboard another company from our waiting list to fill the listing space and cities that you currently occupy.
Clickwell™ Media LLC retains the authority & right to showcase additional businesses within the same region on a different platform. If you do not respond to a lead within 24 hrs., we will forward the lead to another company.
Clickwell™ Media LLC maintains the right to terminate or decline this application and/or agreement with Clickwell™ Media LLC at any point in time for any reason without prior notice. Prices and terms may be revised as required, but rest assured, you will be notified ahead of any changes.
